General rules of cooperation with affiliate network “OfferGate”

Any affiliate and/or advertiser agrees with the following rules upon registration in the system. Your compliance with the rules ensures convenient and productive cooperation with affiliate network OFFERGATE.PRO.

Current rules are valid in the last edition with no regard to the edition of the terms accepted by partner/advertiser during the registration.

Partner and/or advertiser registration is filled and sent registration form.

The form has to contain all the obligatory information, the provided info has to be true and accurate.

The administration reserves the right to deny the registration without explanation.

Restrictions

Webmasters can use as source any website that has passed the moderation , and/or was approved according to the offer description.

While working with the system, an affiliate must not:

1. Change in any way the appearance of the advertising materials without the administration of the affiliate program approval.
2. Make changes to the system's and the advertisers' codes.
3. Encourage users to download advertisers' software fraudulently.
4. Artificially increase amount of advertiser’s component downloads.
5. to Distribute software via malicious programmes.
6. Place banners on the wesites with prohibited content in Russia and CIS countries.
7. Use content locking/motivated traffic.
8. Use codes from moderated websites at other websources.
9. Register via your own referral link.

Affiliate program administration reserves the right to decline any sources and advertising campaigns without explanation;to change or expand the agreement at its discretion any time without notice.

Furthermore, the administration reserves the right to ban any account without payoffs at its discretion.
